About The Author Isela Phelps is a graduate of Utah State University where she received a degree in business administration. She is part of the Décor Accents, Inc. team, a manufacturer of knitting looms. Isela also teaches knitting loom classes at Yarn Today, a Utah yarn store, and owns and moderates two knitting loom online community groups. Isela has been loom knitting for five years, during which time she has created instructions, patterns and visual adis to teach others her art. She also maintains a loom-knitting website.
