Sue Whiting is a needlecraft design consultant and author who works with a number of textile companies to produce brochures, booklets and promotional materials. Her clients include Jaeger and Rowan Handknitting. She trained at the London School of Fashion and has worked with numerous magazines and publishers on all aspects of needlework. She has written several needlework books, including Take up Crochet. She lives in Shipley, West Yorkshire. Luise Roberts was taught how to knit and sew at an early age by her mother. However, it was a degree in graphic design and earning a living designing books, in particular several knitting books, that rekindled her interest in knitting. With a new enthusiasm and fresh ideas, she is keen to convey this passion to others. Luise lives in London.
